Tiffany Scadding, 35, of Brattleboro, Vermont, was arrested at 11 p.m. on Sept. 12 on criminal trespass and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. The reporting officer stated Swett spoke about getting a cab to Chichester but, later, refused to leave altogether, and was arrested and held without bail. Requests must be dropped off before 12:00 PM for next day results. Officers were sent to Concord Hospital for a patient who was refusing to leave after being discharged. Concord Monitor. The officer pulled onto South Street in order to watch the sedan and possibly initiate a safe motor vehicle stop later. Jonathan D. Madsen, born 1973, of Woodruff, South Carolina, was arrested at 11 a.m. on Oct. 28 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on Green Street. The officer went back in to talk to other people and later returned to McCarthy to discuss the damaged apartment door.
